This fully renovated Paris apartment, redesigned by an architect, is a marvelous "pied-a-terre" in Le Louvre area. It is a combination of the charming 18th century spirit and contemporary necessities. The elegant and rich space is filled with an artistic blend of french styling and other aesthetic charms. An antique "bibliotheque directoire" and some upscale furnishings are in the living-room. The three large windows make it very bright and sunny. Original features have been carefully restored, including original Parquet de Versailles floors, moldings and stone fireplace.
An archway will take you to a spacious and romantic living-room with sparkling crystal chandeliers, and a comfortable sofa bed. A tastefully decorated kitchenette for your morning breakfast or for light meals at home is next to the living-room. The entrance opens to the left into a charming bedroom with a double bed. The ensuite bathroom includes a bathtub, a full shower and separated toilet. The living room has lovely floor to ceiling french windows that open onto the street facing the beautiful building of the Banque de France. It is adorned with a mix of antiques, a sofabed, and a dining table. There is color cable TV, a radio/cassette/CD player and a telephone. This apartment comfortably can sleep a couple and one person. You can also combine Palais royal 1 and 2 for a party of 8 for your Paris apartment rentals.

This is the geographical center of Paris and a haven for tourists. The Louvre, Les Halles and the Palais Royal are all here. This neighborhood is in the heart of the old city of Paris on the Right bank (Rive Droite) of the River Seine.
